About the event

Many young professionals either don't own a home yet or are in the beginning stages of considering being home owners.  The event will be headlined by a successful realtor in NJ and their ledger. They will educate the attendees on the ins and outs of being a homeowners. With their vast knowledge in real estate, they will provide the audience the best banks to work with to secure low interest loans, review tax estimates for NJ market, review the home buying process etc. Young and Gifted Professionals goal is to educate young professionals on topics that resonate with them and help them along their life journey.

My name is Elizabeth Rutere & I am the Founder & CEO of Young and Gifted Professionals. Y&GP provides an educational platform for young professionals in NJ/NY ages 25-36 with focus events being financial literacy, career development, real estate and credit repair. My goal is to help professionals advance in thier life. Growing up in Kenya and in an African household, I never had anyone teach me anthing outside of going to school, getting good grades and getting a good job. It wasn't until post college I learned how to grow my money, real estate & the importance of credit score. I've found the value of it all and I want to make sure all young professionals have an opportunity to learn as well. I operate with honesty and integrity in everything that I do.
