About the event
Author Chainah Street is hosting a book release and signing for "Hey God, Did You Get My Message?". This fiction book is based off of her life story from being raped, molested, and even in an abusive marriage. There are many people thatmay be constantly praying to be saved from their situation, and some are even starting to believe God is not answering their call. There are many that feel that suicide is the answer, but I am a witness that God will step up and show out on their behalf. At 24 years old I am a 2 time college graduate, a mother, a writer for the Urban League Newspaper, and now an Author. My goal is to reach the community from the youth to the adults who has, or know someone who has experienced anything that I have, to let them know they too can come from Victim to Victorious. Don't give up, and keep pushing. This event is release a book that can speak to the hearts of the community.
This event will include mime, food, comedy, inspirational messages, and book signing by the author
Why should you sponsor?
A sponsor should support my event, because they will be assiting in reaching the victims in the community, especially our youth. Sponsoring this event will help me gain our youth back 1 by 1. The victims in the community need to see someone who was once where there were, and made it out. Sponsoring this event means saving lives, transforming Victims to Victorious, suffering to success, staggered to stability, and the deterred to destiny.
chainah streetMy name is Chainah Street, and I have experienced many things within the 24 years of my life. I have overcome a lot of obstacles since being on my own since 15. Conquering my past with all that I experienced, I want to reach many people who have, or are thinking about giving up on life, especially our youth. There are so many young people in the communty who are experiencing many things, and feel no one is there to listen. I want to reach them, letting them know they can make it through all they have been through. I want to reach the hearts of all people who has been victimized. I plan to reach the community transforming Victims to Victorious.
