About the event
Manhattanville College is a small Private University in Purchase, New York right outside of White Plains,New York. Urban live is an event hosted by WMVL Radio Hip-Hop division at Manhattanville College. Urban Live 2016 will take place in April 2015 in White Plains, New York. Urban Live was created to celebrate the art of Hip-Hop and R&B. Our event is consisted of R&B performances, Hip-Hop performances, Student Spoken word, and a Hip-Hop Cypher. This past April 2015, we had performances by InternationalEA,Justin Love, Steely One, Bobby Gore, Cha$e Dollaz,Bobby Capri, and Slim Dymondz. In addition to the performance we provide additional artist exposure through MVL Radio including artist promos, interviews, and media promo through our social media sites. WMVL Radio Hip-Hop Division goals with Urban Live is to create annual event that is popular among Urban college students and known for breaking new artist.
