Together, we have counted more than 45,000 blocks and 200,000 trees. Before our wheels stop turning and we hang up our gear packs let’s have a big show of Parkie Pride at our TreesCount! Pep Rally!

This Pep Rally is being held for over 100 employees at NYC Parks to honour the work they have done for the TreesCount! 2015 program. This is the city's third decadal street tree census that has been conducted and has captured an audience of over 7000 volunteers citywide who have participated in the count!

We are looking for food and beverage sponsors to help us make this event a success. Our employees have worked tirelessly collecting data, training volunteers and mapping the city to collect information about NYC's beautiful urban forest. The information we have collected will prioritize our plans to further beautify and care for our urban forest. This initiative hopes to promote citizen engagement and stewardship in all five boroughs. 

We will also be hosting a Census Completion Event in November with over 1000 attendees who have volunteered their time with the program. This is another opportunity to further promote your brand to a much larger audience with residents from every borough.
