About the event
This conference will support young women of all ages in our community who have promising entrepreneurial futures. However, many do not have the resources to obtain necessary training/coaching or hire big named coaches to show them how to lay a strong business foundation. For many of these women, these conferences are a chance to network, learn, grow & share with other women of like mindsets. We are excited to have celebrity gospel singer Kierra Sheard amongst some other huge names joining us!
Last year our Conference, in only its first year, attracted over 150 women. With your support this year, and the continuing support of our past sponsors, we feel confident we can achieve our goal of 300 women this year.

This conference was created by CEO and Founder of B. Beaute Enterprises Inc., Hayley J. McKenzie, & the conference kicks off on November 12th, 2016 from 10:00am to 5:00pm in Bronxville NY at The Golden Sword International. This one-day development conference offers an incredible opportunity to learn successful, authentic tips from leading experts in their respective industries.
A pregnant wife and mother of two, McKenzie has always believed that with Faith, Family, and Balance, young women from all walks of life will ultimately unlock their life's “Beaute.” She created B.BeautE after suffering from many unfortunate past experiences that stripped her of her identity and self-esteem. B. BeautE is a brand committed to bringing out the beauty in everyone through community service, self-esteem building and self-empowerment workshops and events.
Hayley was awarded the Young Humanitarian award by the Board of Education and the Mayor Award of Excellence in the Fight for Women’s Issues in 2009 for her endless community service, women’s empowerment initiative and business education. She has also received a Certificate of Merit for the work she does with young women in the community from the TALLOM FOUNDATION & NYS Assembly. Hayley has also been featured in the Huffington Post and YFS Magazine. She is definitely a millennial entrepreneur to look out for.
