About the event
The vision of The Fight of Your Life! Youth Conference is to combat what the youth are being exposed to by tackling everyday issues that they deal with (i.e. peer pressure, bullying and more). We know there are negative issues competing for their attention. We want to show them positive options.
This 2-day conference includes a youth ‘jam party’ on Friday night. The youth will have the opportunity to share their talents. We are working on a keynote speaker for Friday night.
On Saturday, the youth will attend various age/issue appropriate workshops during the day. They will also participate in a panel discussion of how boys and girls view each other. In the evening, the youth will participate in team building activities and a mini-concert. We've also invited Marc Mero to speak on Saturday night.
We’ve also created a workshop track for the parents, giving them something productive to do while their children are in their sessions. We will provide lunch and dinner for all.
