Our Mission Statement
RuffleCon has the goal of being a quality annual conference focused on elegant and cute alternative fashions from all parts of the world, including but not limited to Japanese street fashion, historical fashion, and otherworldly style to help spread knowledge of alternative fashion through educational, entertaining, and mind-expanding panels, shows, and hands-on activities as well as direct access to international and local vendors, artists, and entities directly involved in the alternative fashion subcultures.

FAQs 
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
It is an all-ages conference. There may be events that are 18+/21+ which will require an ID for proof of age. 
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Sheraton offers a connected parking garage. There are also several parking areas throughout the area if that is full. If you get a hotel room, your parking will be discounted by 50%. 
What can/can't I bring to the event?

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is my membership transferrable?
Yes. Please make a request through our membership area.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds, with the exception of our emergency medical exception rule. You can view if you qualify for on our Rules and Regulations page.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Your name on the registration MUST MATCH your legal identification. Please note we are NOT printing your name on the badges. The badges will be blank, and you can write whatever you would like on the badge. We cannot accept identification for a registration that does not have the same name. This is to prevent someone else from falsely claiming registration passes!
