About the event
North Greenville University Men's Volleyball is currently competing in its first ever season of competition and are looking to end the season with a fundraiser. Volleyball is BIG on our campus and the interest of the student body to play the sport gave us the idea of creating a 4v4 tournament. Our goal is to begin advertising and promoting the event 2 months out and have teams of 4 sign up to compete. Each team would be allowed 1 player from the men's team and 1 player from the women's team if they wished. Our goal would be to charge each member of the team $5, so $20 a team, in order to compete in an all day tournament ending with a tournament championship and a prize from our tournament sponsor... That could be YOUR COMPANY! We are currently looking for a title sponsor so we could have the first ever "4v4 Volleyball Tournament presented by (Insert Your Company)". Not only would this provide extensive publicity to around 2,500 students on our campus, but also to the three hundred social media followers our pages have as well as the thousands of friends of followers of the players on the team.

Another 20 will be posted at heavily trafficked spots on campus as well as in the surrounding cities of Tigerville, Travelers Rest, Greer, Cherrydale and Greenville.

Your company logo would be on an online event banner that we would make and post on our Twitter and Facebook (400 combined followers). We would also have our players post the banner to their thousands of followers and friends. Lastly our athletic website would post the banner to the thousands that view our website. Multitudes of people would see your company as the sponsor of a wonderful fundraising event.

During the event, we would create a poster with the event title and the sponsors of the event. The championship picture would be in front of the poster and placed on our social media sites, further increasing the publicity. We would also be willing to post individual sponsor logos around the facility if wanted by the sponsor.

Winners (4-5 players) would be given championship t-shirts that would have the name of the event on the front as well as the sponsors on the back. Each of our 13 players and 2 coaches would also receive this shirt which would further increase your publicity considering our players live in Texas, Hawaii, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, Florida, Connecticut, Canada and even the Philippines!
