About the event
How are you i have put together a 18 date cross country tour which routes from the east coast, Midwest, west coast and back over to the east coast. I was interested in knowing if your company would be interested in being a potential sponsor of the tour. I also have a Van/mini bus i will be traveling in from state to state that i could also get your company logo and contact information placed on. Alternate option where you will get the exact same type of promotion offered in the packages.If your company is wiling to pay for a couple hotels or travel expenses for the tour. The way it would work for hotels would be that you would book hotels in the cities that we have shows in and (3-5 star) and it would have to be no more than 15 mins from the venue address which i would provide also.

For travel expenses (Gas) i would write up how many dates you would want to finance and that will guarantee social media promotion for your company all artists involved with the tour will be tagging your and your company will get several mentions by our hosts for each date you pay to finance.
