Modern Museum of Je Suis X NYFW,

About the event

My name is Senami Atinkpahoun, designer and C.E.O of Je Suis NYC.  This September, I am planning an official launch event for my fashion brand during NYFW titled Modern Museum of Je Suis.This launch event will showcase five new collections featuring pieces that speak volumes about my character and my inspirations as an artist. The anticipated date for the show is September 16th in Chelsea, New York.

Why should you sponsor?

I am a young designer who is organizing her NYFW debut fashion event. I am expecting a diverse audience including millennials from different walks of life as well an many influencers and content creators that I believe many big brands fail to efficiently target. I believe that my event will be a perfect place for companies looking to target a diverse group of millennials to be exposed and perhaps gather some qualitative data from that target audience that they werent exposed to before.

Wielding both scale and influence, this group of upwardly-mobile, urban young professionals is just beginning to establish their position as New York City's largest, most powerful consumer demographic. Their hyper connected lives means that they rely on more curated sources of information to inform their purchasing decisions: social media, recommendations from their peers, and hands-on brand experiences that demonstrate value. 

Je Suis New York

I am Senami Atinkpahoun, a fashion designer and creative. I have been working on my fashion line, Je Suis NYC, for the past few years and have participated in numerous fashion shows, photo-shoots, and design projects since then. Je Suis means ‘I AM’ in French and the name serves as an open-ended interpretation of identity and style. A lot of my own culture and influence is incorporated into my designs, be it in the prints, colors, or silhouettes.
