About the event

ABOUT THE PROMOTION
The MMA Platinum Gloves was developed to showcase the best amateur MMA talent on Long Island. We started in October of 2013 in front of just over 150 people. Our events have grown each year and we now attract over 750 people and can be seen on TV world-wide.

Our vision is to become the premier MMA promotion on the east coast, attracting the best talent from all over the country and showcasing them on national TV. Many of our athletes have aspirations of one day fighting in the UFC, the biggest professional promotion in the sport, and we want to be the promotion that gets them to that level.

OUR TV AND SOCIAL MEDIA REACH
- Our events can be seen on TV locally in over 1 million homes (Fight Network on Cablevision), online and streaming on the Roku player. We have a reach of over 400 million homes world-wide through XPTV Sports.
- Between our organization and our partners, we have over 200k social media followers that we can blast out to on a regular basis.
- We have partnerships with some of the leading MMA websites in the area to cover our events and we have been featured in Newsday numerous times.
