About the event

The Miss Tourism USA program is focused on promoting our mission, “Promoting Greater Understanding and Goodwill through cultural exchange with TOURISM and CHARITY across the USA.” Our program brings together delegates from across the USA to experience tourism in New York City and to promote the exchange of green ideas and diversity through tourism from coast to coast. The concept of tourism in the 21st century has expanded beyond its original definition, and our delegates are female leaders and champions of numerous community service initiatives including sustainability and ecotourism.  

We are currently selecting contestants to participate in the 2016 Miss Tourism New York USA and Miss Tourism New York Teen USA pageants, official preliminaries to the grand Miss Tourism USA and Miss Tourism Teen USA pageants. New York City will become the host to the 30 Miss Tourism New York USA State Delegates representing towns and cities, across New York, who will be traveling here to compete for the Miss Tourism New York USA and Miss Tourism New York Teen USA titles, June 3rd to 5th, 2016 at the Harlem Repertory Theatre.

This year, I am proud to announce that our partnered charity is the Kisses For Kyle Foundation and the delegates are raising funds and spreading awareness to help children diagnosed with cancer and their families, in the USA. We are also planning an event to be held during pageant week which will benefit the foundation. Details will be announced to the public soon so that they can participate.

Our program relies on the generosity and support of sponsors from the travel and tourism industry. We would be honored to have you as one of our pageant’s sponsors to help support our event and for our program to help promote your business!

Any level of support will be truly appreciated, whether in the form of promotional gifts for the State Delegates, or cash sponsorship to cover event production and sending the winning titleholders to compete at the national competitions. We will be crowning titleholders to represent New York at the National Pageants, Miss Tourism USA and Miss Tourism Teen USA. Our National winners will go on to represent the USA at Miss Tourism International, later this year and Miss Toursim Earth Teen International, in December 2016.

The grand finale of the Miss Tourism New York USA pageant will be held on June 5th at the Harlem repertory Theatre and will run from 3:30pm to 5:30pm for the Teen division, then 6:30pm to 8:30pm for the Miss division. We are expecting 200 guests per show. Your business will be advertised as one of the pageant’s sponsors through our website, media outlets, and through the pageant event, which will broadcast via the web.

Your sponsorship is tax deductible as an advertisement business expense, and we will provide you with the Tax ID with your receipt.  Our delegates will be making appearances during finals week and will be available for appearances and promotional events.  Please visit our website, www.MissTourismUSA.org, to learn more about our program.
