About the event

MISS LATIN UNIVERSE is a non-profit organization and a talent institution for young ladies who
trained to discover their talent. Whether their talent is to act or dance, we teach our girls how to walk the run-way, 
diction, etiquette and protocol and most importantly how to succeed in this challenging world. 
Every year MISS LATIN UNIVERSE makes contributions to non-profit organizations, such as the 
American Cancer Associations. This year we will host an event in which will contribute and support one of our Six-
teen year partnerships, Dr.Almanzar. In this contribution we will help Dr.Almanzar’s organization “Operation 
Smile”, also known as “Labio Leporino”.
Dr. Almanzar’s Foundation is also a Non-Profit organization in which was founded in 2004. They began to 
conduct their medical operations in the Dominican Republic where they served around 2,200 patients. Dr. Almanzar 
specializes in different areas such as dentistry, pulmonology, endocrinology, gynecology, cardiology and 
ophthalmology. He continues to follow through with his vision of providing low income individuals in the 
Dominican Republic and Latin America, to have access to free medical surgeries, equipment, and medicine, to 
improve their health and quality of life.
With your donation you will be able to help thousands of people in need worldwide and us, in our extensive 
campaign. This is a cost effective opportunity to increase brand awareness, develop new sales leads, and build
