    MIDWAYVILLE: a pop-up carnival social game. A vision of social possibility and participation, made real through playful collaboration, story-infused currencies, skillful social design and creative chaos. A happy, friendly reminder of what social life can be. An investigation into the power creative community techniques hold for rejuvenating the SOCIAL COMMONS. A darn good time for all.

    Midwayville creates space for dialogues that addresses community strengths and challenges, as well as showcase local non-profit groups and brands that contribute to the local community and its current strengths and challenges.

    Midwayville is a family-friendly, interactive circus-like theater production - it's one of a kind!

    Barron Scott Levkoff, Founder & Director
    Barron Scott Levkoff aka ‘The Professor’, Director of MYSTIC MIDWAY, is an innovative event producer, director, designer, community builder, and Creative Culture Champion working in The SF Bay Area for over 25 years whose recent credits include SPOOKEASY -a 1930’s era Halloween Vaudeville Spooktacularin SF’s Chinatown, WHOBILATION-A Holiday Funhouse, MASTER MONDO’S BIZARREOTRONIC -an underground cabaret series and The LagunitasBeer Circus -an ongoing yearly event created for LagunitasBrewery. He has also performed, designed and directed large shows and performance ensembles for corporate clients such as Google, Peoplesoft, Facebook, Tesla, Machine Zone, Redbull, Microsoft, Apple, Disney, Showtime, HBO, Pixar, Peoplesoft, Palantir, EA, Sony, Oracle, Twitter, Magic The Gathering, Nvidia, and many more.

    Martin Hunter Caplan, Founder & Producer
    With 18 years in the game industry and time served in theme parks, internet and film before that, Martin Caplan has done some pretty fun stuff. Martin has been a Senior Producer on a connected toys platform producer at Robot 11. Before that, he was a Producer at BioWare/ EA leading teams to create amazing next generation experiences in mobile games with worldwide franchises. At Sixense, he served as Senior Producer on a Valve game mod for Portal 2. He was previously a Producer at Sega of America for 6+ years. Has a career total of 32 shipped titles.

    Paradox Pollack, Dramaturg
    Paradox has 25 Years experience in the entertainment industry, working directly with some of the great modern masters. He has developed innovative techniques for stage, screen, and the big top which merge high art, delicate intimacy, and grand spectacle. Credits in film include I am Legend, Thor, The Avengers, John Carter of Mars. Performance and consulting for Google, Lucasfilm, Paramount Pictures, Fox TV & Film. SAG AFTRA.

We are happy to announce the opportunity for sponsors to participate in activations and in­ event marketing at the Midwayville project.
