About the event
We created Dare to Be Fearless to provide a one of a kind, energizing and transformative event for girlbosses and female millennials that focuses on giving you the tools needed for success.
We believe that in order to achieve success when pursuing any goal, you need to have balance and thrive in all areas: health and wellness, mindfulness, personal development, and business skills.
Dare to Be Fearless is an all-in-one event that will shift your thinking and forever change how you approach success. Inspiring entrepreneurial women speak about their successes, share what they've learned, and show you how you can do it too.
You'll learn the importance of living fearlessly in the pursuit of your goals, and will participate in energizing workouts through the day to keep you focused, alert, and will allow you to see how health and fitness can contribute to your overall success.
This event is unlike any other in the industry, as it focuses on all areas critical to success, not just one. We Dare YOU to Be Fearless and learn how to take actionable steps towards balancing your life, discovering success, and avoiding burnout. We Dare you to finally achieve true freedom with your life.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Females between the ages of 21-35 who are interested in finding balance between their personal and professional life by living their passion in their career while pursuing a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Melissa KolbHi, I'm Melissa, and I am the CEO of Fit Fearless Happy. I graduated with my B.S in Recreation, Park & Tourism Administration with an emphasis in events from Western Illinois University. Since graduating, I have worked with several event organizations, including Kaplan University's graduation team, Wesmere Country Club, and my local park district.
I created Fit Fearless Happy because I believe that there is plenty of success to go around. We all have different goals and dreams. My mission is to teach millennial women how to tap into their potential, the importance of surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals, and how to create and begin living the life of their dreams.
My goal with the Dare to Be Fearless event is to create opportunities for women to learn, grow, and create the life of their dreams through breakout sessions with successful millennial women in the industry, workout classes with certified fitness instructors, and constant self-reflection during the process.
