About the event

This event is to show appreciation to a community that has accepted and supported Restfull Nights from the moment it began operation in the South Jamaica Queens area. To show our support for them as they have continued to support us we have organized a yearly Community BBQ in which we have all sorts of activites Adults and Children. We also have vendor stations where local business get first choice on vender spots. This event is not only to show appreciation to the community for their support, but also to uplift a community that is to often brought down and to bring them together in efforts to build our community up.

Why should you sponsor?

Our event should be sponsored because we service a predominantly low-income residential area to supply the much needed back to school supplies that are essential to the success to students from kindergarten to 12th grade. Most households in our community cannot supply the supplies that are needed. We also provide confidential screening, counseling and referral treatment to individuals living with HIV / AIDS. Our overall goal is to help all individuals to live with a "Better Quality of Life"

Founded on the principles of equal opportunity, access, and shelter for all Restfull Nights is Committed to providing homeless and low income people the opportunity to enhance their quality of life through excellence in service and strong community partnership. We will be the beacon of hope for underserved people and communities. Services include housing, onsite counseling, food drives, clothing drives, health care referrals, SNAP applications, and much more.
