About the event
•Comedy for a Cure fundraising event supporting Tuberous Sclerosis Australia (TSA) will harness the power of laughter and raise critically needed funds for research to help find a cure for this devastating disease.
•Our inaugural Australian Comedy for a Cure will be held on 6 October 2018 at the Athenaeum Theatre in Melbourne.
•The 2018 Comedy for a Cure will begin at 7.30pm with a one hour reception and raffle, followed by a hilarious comedy line up and an auction.
•Our counterparts in the US have raised over $4million since 2002 with their Comedy for a Cure event – please help us bring this event down under to help Australian families.
•The event will inspire hope and raise funds to directly benefit research into treatments for tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) here in Australia.

I have 13 years experience in sponsorship and fundraising for leading Australian charities. I am currently using my skills to support the amazing work of TSA to help support the 2000 Australian living with a devastating genetic condition. We want to improve the life for this and future generations of people affected by this devastating disease.
