    Rogers Park Business Alliance (RPBA) is proud to announce the 10th Annual Celebrate Clark Street World Music Festival.

    The festival comes from humble beginnings as a minor one-day, single-stage small community celebration. We have come a long way and are now one of Chicago’s most renowned and unique street festivals. Our emphasis on World music has set the stage for local, national and international bands. We promote the rich diversity of the neighborhood by showcasing the many cultures and ethnicities that reside in Rogers Park. Music enthusiasts and festival lovers from the entire Chicagoland area attend this fun, family-friendly street party, which has become a favorite of residents and visitors as an annual summer activity.

    Celebrate Clark Street World Music Festival is one of the last independent street festivals in Chicago that is locally managed and organized by a community organization - RPBA. Curated by Sound Culture Center for Global Arts, the exceptional caliber of our World music stages have been compared to World music festivals nationwide. The festival reflects the unique diversity in Rogers Park by presenting music from all four corners of the world, encouraging audiences to dance and experience local, national and touring bands.

    The festival features two live music stages, food from local restaurants, beer, wine and micheladas from local bars, interactive entertainment throughout the four-block festival area, an Art Lot, kids’ activities and especially a safe meeting ground for the community.

    Sponsors will receive a minimum of one million impressions, opportunities for one-on-one
    interactions and a chance to display their brand/logo in the festival area providing exposure
    to event attendees. Marketing exposure includes a large number of direct-connect marketing opportunities as well as inclusion in newspaper ads. Printed materials are both in English and Spanish to cover our largest audiences. Press releases are sent to more than 100 local and national press contacts, event calendar sites and online outlets. A strong social media presence, community outreach, distribution of printed materials and having the festival featured in English and Spanish radio segments is part of the marketing campaign. The festival website, www.celebrateclarkstreet.com, includes prominently displayed sponsor information.

    Estimated attendance is 25,000+ people over the two days: 60% Latino, 25% White, 10%
    African American and 5% other. 70% of attendants are bilingual. The festival attendees
    are from the metropolitan areas of Chicago, they are music lovers of all ages, speak more than
    38 languages, and are from over 82 countries. Families, kids, community stakeholders and
    pets attend this popular street party.

    Our partners will connect and interact with a coveted multi-generational and multicultural target audiences. Festival attendees are an engaged and receptive audience that can be reached with products, services, programs, samplings and onsite promotions.
