Hi, I'm Kayelani Vasquez, a proud Latina entrepreneur from the bustling city of New York. As the founder and owner of Boss Babes & Brunch, I have dedicated myself to empowering women and creating a vibrant community where we can all thrive.

Growing up in the diverse neighborhoods of NYC, I was surrounded by the rich tapestry of cultures and entrepreneurial spirit. From an early age, I knew that I wanted to make a difference and inspire others to reach their full potential. After committing most of my adult life to the corporate world, after COVID-19 I realized that my true calling was nestled in forging my own path.

Motivated by a deep passion for women's empowerment, I took a leap of faith and launched Boss Babes & Brunch in November of 22'. This platform quickly became a hub for ambitious women from all walks of life, offering a space where they could connect, collaborate, and uplift one another all though the power of social media. Through networking events,  and mentorship programs, we create an inclusive community that fosters personal and professional growth, because we aren't meant to do life or business alone.

My goal is to equip women with the tools and resources they need to succeed, and to create a nurturing ecosystem where they can thrive and build lasting connections, long after the "networking" event.

My journey as an entrepreneur has been filled with challenges, but I've always believed in the power of resilience and determination. As a mom and wife there isn't any challenge I am not willing to take on. In our home we do not take "NO" for an answer. I've learned to adapt to changing landscapes, embrace innovation, and inspire others along the way. My experiences have taught me that every setback is an opportunity for growth and that we have the power to create positive change.

Beyond my entrepreneurial pursuits, I am deeply committed to social justice and equality. I use my platform to advocate for gender equality, diversity, and the empowerment of marginalized communities. By amplifying the voices of underrepresented individuals especially the latino and minority communities. I strive to create a more inclusive society and inspire others to join the cause.

Being a Latina entrepreneur has given me a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for the diversity that enriches our world. I am proud to celebrate my heritage and serve as a role model for aspiring entrepreneurs, showing them that they too can turn their dreams into reality.

As I continue to lead Boss Babes & Brunch, I am driven by the belief that together, we can achieve great things. I am grateful for the opportunity to uplift and support women, and I am excited to see the transformative impact we can make together.
