About the event
This party is going to be off the hook!
Consisting of only the best music, some amazing drink specials and lots of prize giveaways.Out Loud Radio take on The Doors Nightclub (who have been around Gauteng for many years).
Do you think we can remind them what good music actually sounds like?
Why don't you come along and see for yourself. If you cannot make it to the event, we will be streaming the entire event live on our airwaves.

Sponsorship Needed / Preferred for Target Market:
- £165 / $250 (R 3,000) for t-shirts with our branding on the front and yours on the back along with the venue's logo. Great for exposure long after the event. Price will cover around 50 t-shirts to give away at the event. T-shirt designs were very popular at our launch event last July.
- £220 / $330 (R 4,000) for booze as prize giveaways and to sell the OLR shooter at a very lost cost. We are looking for around 18 bottles of Tang Apple Sours, 18 bottles of po10c and a couple of bottles of champagne. 8 bottles of each shooter to be given away to the crowd and the rest used for shooter specials. Champagne to be given away to the crowd too.
- £110 / $165 (R 2,000) for 2 large black back banners and about 20 A4 posters to go up a week or two before the event. Artwork will contain promotion for the sponsor
Ideally we find bottle opener key rings with branding on to go down quite a treat with our main market too.
Apart from exposure at the event, sponsors will also have the possibility of advertising on our airwaves, your logo and link through to your website on our official sponsors page on our own website, Facebook and Twitter promotions from ourselves...etc.
