Annual Housing Fair,

The Bronx, New York, United States The Bronx, New York, United States

  • About the event

This annual event presents the opportunity to connect with the community of the North Bronx and other parts of the city. At this event the community gets the chance to be empowered by learning how to build equity and how to maintain that equity. We are a nonprofit organization who helps many low income and middle income families become first time homeowners through grants that assist with the closing costs and downpayment assistance. We also tell the community  how prevent foreclosure. We help with repairs through the form of grants. When you join us you will be joining a company who has been in the community for over 35 years with success records shown on our website bronxnhs.org.

    Why should you sponsor?

If you were to sponsor our event you would add to a growing list of sponsors in the community that look to empower while maintaining or upgrading their brand. You will be helping dozens of families achieve their goal of becoming a homeowner. You will be helping them build equity which in turn helps the community and the economy.

You will get to futher your brand and let people know what kind of services you can provide for them. Also if you sponsor food you will help your brand by reaching an audience that you might not have reached before while also nourishing them.

You will get your logo printed on our flyer and will get acknowleged on any radio spot and eblast that we do.
