About the event

Development     is     most     certainly     one     of SASN’s   major   focus   areas.   Development   is growth,   education   &   training,   which   happens at   an   early   age   -   during   formative   years,   by refining    skills    after    a    formative    age,    on    a ongoing       basis       and       via       academies. Everybody,       not       only     PDA's       needs development. SASN   is   also   dynamically   driven   to   provide the    girl    child    with    sufficient    opportunity    to excel   in   sport   and   to   contribute   and   develop on     a     personal     level     within     the     social activities   surrounding   netball   and   the   netball family.

SASN    focuses    on    an    integrated    netball program   that   caters   for   all,   and   the   growth   of netball in regions where it is not played fully. We    aims    to    compliment,    encourage    and develop    mass    participation    which    entails learners    participating    at    school    level,    intra school     activities,     inter     School     activities, netball festivals and having fun!!

The structure for schools is as follows: • School - if to be contacted District chairperson to be informed. • District - if to be contacted Provincial chairperson to be informed • Regional - only at a level to streamline programs • Provincial - national chairperson to be informed • National

Lizelle Du Plessis

Hi

I am Lizelle du Plessis, I am a gym and swimming instructor in a small town cold Koster in the North West province in South Africa.

I was introduced to Netball a kid in primary school and never got the goal of the game.

Last year in 2016 the Primary School Koster Gekombineerd asked me to attend a Netball practice with the under 10. After a week of working with the kids the school asked me to take the team for the season.

This year I received my Grading in SANS  District and Provincial.

Netball are a team sport and with the kids attending and looking at them from day 1 and till the end of the trips it is amazing to see how they grow in to the sport and into you as a person.

I am willing to help them to reached a better understanding of the game but of live as well.

I Truly feel that if your hart is in it no matter how hard you fall and you can get up and fight again and again for wat you believe in that trust will not be the issue between company's and family members.

 

With this I sincerely hope that you can read my hart in the brief statement of above.
