    The Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC) exist to support Mastery Level Corporate Executive Coaches who are coaching leaders in 80% of Fortune 1000 organizations. We exist to support these extraordinary individuals we provide opportunities for life long learning, support professional intimacy and support the work with growth of the executive coach to become enterprise wide business partnership.

    MEECO™ (Measuring Excellence in the use of Corporate Executive Coaching in Organizations) is a designation that distinguishes organizations who have achieved excellence through weaving executive coaching into the fabric of their culture.
    Our goal is to recognize businesses who provide a benchmark and role model for organizations who want to increase shareholder and stakeholder value through utilizing master level executive coaches who understand how organizations work, and are determined to make a meaningful difference as "enterprise-wide business partners™".

    Criteria Includes:

    1. Leadership:

    Sustainability - Organizationsthat have a stated commitment to foster continual talent development tohelp to meet the opportunities and challenges of the future.


    Inclusion - Organizationsthat continually develop new ways of fostering inclusion - harnessingthe intelligence and work ethic at all employee levels


    Innovation - Organizations that value innovation derived from employees feelingempowered to step outside the parameters of the past and contributetheir discretionary effort.


    2. Sustainability (Sustainability of the Coaching Designation)
    Assessment - Organizationsthat employ different methods to assess talent, performance andpromotion; specifically focusing on employee strengths and, if needed,areas requiring development


    Ethics - Organizations that value integrity above profitability, especially asit relates to evaluating performance and showing employees whatbehaviors are valued in the organization.


    Culture - Organizationsthat embrace the notion of coaching as part of their culture - everyonegets the opportunity to excel because everyone's talent is worthdeveloping; even if it is accomplished through non-formal coachingprocesses.


    3. Measurement


    Accountability - Organizationsthat hold themselves accountable for the coaching intervention andexpenditures ensuring that the organization achieves its coaching goalsand objectives.


    Benchmarks - Organizationsthat drive success through achievable coaching benchmarks that aresupported by industry best practices.


    ROI/ROE - Organizationsthat measure and report appropriate return metrics and are willing toshare that information to further the use of coaching.
