5th Annual Protect Me With 3+ Contest,

About the event

Targeting youth in middle and high schools, the contest aims to raise awareness about the importance of adolescent immunizations among pre-teens, teenagers and parents, and increase vaccination rates for several important vaccines including: flu, HPV, Tdap and meningococcal conjugate. 

As part of the contest, New Jersey youth in 5-12 grade create informational posters and 30-second videos about one of the four above vaccines.

The public votes on the top 5 finalists in each category and winners are honored at an awards ceremony in April 2017. Winners' entries are also used at statewide health events throughout the year. 

Why should you sponsor?

The main goal of Protect Me With 3+ is to raise awareness for adolescent vaccines - and increase vaccination rates. The more entries into the contest we receive, the easier these goals are to obtain. We've found that kids are excited by the prospect of cool prizes from sponsors and are more likely to participate in a great contest.
