2019 Annual Conference and Military Ball,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to read this letter and for your support. Corporations like yours are an essential part to the Enlisted Association. Your support will help our Soldiers & Airman with many benefits to include insurance and Scholarships to name a few. During the period of October 25-27, 2019, the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of New Jersey will be conducting its 46^th   Annual Conference at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel NJ.

Our Association was founded to protect the rights and benefits of the citizen soldiers and airmen of New Jersey.  Our association and our annual conference are the instrument to have our voices heard. In addition, we provide Scholarship Grants to sons and daughters of members, both the Army and Air National Guard of New Jersey. Also, at our conference, we recognize and honor the soldiers and airmen for their outstanding achievements and dedication to the New Jersey National Guard.

We are seeking corporate sponsors to defray the cost for our  Soldiers, Airmen and their families to attend the Military Ball. Please be advised that we are listed as a 501(c) (19) non-profit organization (W-9 available upon request). We are the only official Association that exclusively represents the Enlisted men and women of the New Jersey National Guard.  If you would like to sponsor a dinner table for our military ball or our cocktail hour please call Jerome or Katherine for coats.

Katherine Freeman

My name is Katherine Freeman.  I am the Assitiant Chair for Corporate Sponsorship for the New Jersey National Guard Enlisted Association.   I spent 10 years serving in the New Jerey Army National Guard before becoming Bugeler for Military Funnerals.   I have benn helping plan the New Jersey National Guard Enlisteds Associations Annual Conference and Military Ball for over 12 years now.   I started out doing decorations, then added the Warrior gift Auction a few years later.  My duties now also include managing the web site and helping with Corporate Sponrship.     All of these positions are voluntery and I am glad I can help my fellow soldiers out any way that I can.
