Conducting the life-changing workshop is finance expert and adviser Sandra Orogodo.

Lorraine Wright & Adeife Bangbose. Founder & Director of UGCY will be discussing Business & Faith

Hannah Oyewole. Founder of Young Ladies Club will be discussing the blessings and struggles with entrepreneurship

WOMAN SIGNIFICANCE

Our Founder

Woman of Significance was founded by Lorraine Kamara who was the presenter and producer of the ALL 4 GOSPEL show seen on Sky 218. She also has a YouTube channel called Living Like Lulu. She has a passion for broadcast media and uses that platform to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Lorraine had a vision 4 years ago in which she saw young women from all backgrounds finding and igniting their individual purpose in a conference.

“ In the vision, these girls were crying and pleading for help. They were in their pyjamas and looked vulnerable. They were overlooked, undervalued, insecure and felt insignificant. They stretched out their hands for help and the next thing I saw were older women praying over them. The vision only lasted for 20 seconds but it was the saddest thing I have ever seen. It was painful to see that these girls had so much light, so much significance, each girl unique in her own way but because of self-doubt, insecurity and fear that light could not be seen. 

However, at the end of this vision with the right teaching, with the right encouragement, practical tools and prayer, we helped unlock their greatness”.

Lorraine often asks this question what will the future generation of women look like especially as the trials and tribulations of the world increase. She believes they can be women of God, women of virtue, women of significance, women of wisdom, the total woman who does not indulge in the temptations of this world. Who won't compromise on their values for money or success.

 However, she believes it will only start with us women getting it right today.
