About the event
The Chicago Women in Business Conference is a three-day, curated experience, designed to build, grow and develop the WHOLE woman. We are bringing together visionary, high-achieving and purpose-driven women by providing a platform outside of the workplace to equip, advance, and transform women from all walks of life, from the inside out.
Our purpose is to empower our attendees by creating a community dedicated to enhancing each other, our businesses, and the individuals who bring them to life. This trailblazing personal development experience will provide women with a vehicle to enhance their ability to lead with excellence at work and at home, by focusing on five pillars of success: Health and Wellness, Relationship Management, Strategy Development, System Creation and Personal Branding.

Nicole RhoneMy name is Nicole Rhone and I am the CEO of Flourishing, LLC, which is a coaching and consulting company that helps both high-performing women and businesses increase their capacity for sustainable success. I'm also the host of the five-star rated Flow and Flourish Podcast, an international Diversity, Equity and Inclusion trainer, as well as a highly sought-after Capacity Coach and transformational speaker.
As a wife and mother of two, I spent over a decade as a coach and human resources leader in the corporate sector, supporting thousands of employees globally, so I know what it’s like to wear many hats and juggle competing priorities. I've worked for and partnered with billion-dollar, fortune 500 organizations such as BMO Harris Bank, Roosevelt University, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and Northwestern University to coach employees, build leadership capabilities, and cultivate thriving company cultures. Because of my 20+ years of corporate experience, I understand the unique challenges of busy, high-performing women as well as growing businesses, and how a lack of fluidity can create a barrier between them and their next level.As the founder of The Chicago Women in Business Conference, I am excited about helping women and the organizations they work with, to take thier next best step in creating sustainable success both personally and professionally, for the WHOLE woman.
