About the event
Dear Madam, dear Sir!
In the near future (ending of October 2015, 17. Or 24.10.) we would be planing a big international concert with approximately 800-1000 people with a very highly respected and prominent African singer (WIZKID).

Since it is going to be an international concert, we can guarantie you that at least 80% of the guest come from different countries and they regularly want to call cheaper to their home countries.
We are organizer and a promoter and we regularly organise concerts with big artists.
Our expenses are in the amount of 20 000€ and we would appreciate if you could support us financially. In contrast, we offer to make advert for your company.
*on the day of the concert, with banners, posters and sales of sim-cards
* the logo will be seen large and clear on the front side of the flyer (20 000 pieces) and the posters (5000 pieces)
* Facebook (flyer, event, etc )
*TV (Africa TV International) the concert and the sponsors would be advertised

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
da wir in naher Zukunft (Ende Oktober 2015, 17. oder 24.10.) ein großes internationales Konzert mit etwa 800-1000Personen, mit einem sehr angesehenen und prominenten afrikanischem Sänger veranstalten, bin ich auf der Suche nach bekannten und erfolgreichen Sponsoren für unsere Zielgruppe (Menschen internationaler Herkunft, vorwiegend Afrikaner). Da es ein internationales Konzert sein wird, kann ich garantieren, dass 80% der Gäste aus den verschiedensten Ländern sein werden und diese regelmäßig günstiger nach Hause telefonieren möchten.
Ich bin Veranstalter und Promoter und organisiere regelmäßig Konzerte mit großen Künstlern.
Unsere Ausgaben belaufen sich in der Höhe von ca. 20.000€ und wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie uns finanziell unterstützen könnten.
Im Gegensatz dazu bieten wir Ihnen an, Werbung für Ihr Unternehmen zu machen:
-am Konzerttag selbst, mit Bannern, Plakaten, Verkauf und Verlos von Simkarten, etc - das Logo wird auf der Vorderseite der Flyer (ca 20.000Stk.) und auf den Postern (ca. 5000 Stk.) groß und deutlich zu sehen sein
