The purpose of his event is to raise efforts for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society .  The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding research, finding cures and ensuring access to treatments for blood cancer patients. Since 1949 LLS has been on the forefront of blood cancer advances such as chemotherapies and stem cell transplantation leading the way to the targeted therapies and immunotherapies that are saving thousands of lives today.

Why should you sponsor?

We wish to extend an invitation to your business to participate & invest The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Man & Woman of the Year commemoration. We are reaching out to you in regards of being investors to the Wine, Shine, & Dine Silent Auction which we intend to positively affect the health society by scientifically finding a cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, by raising momentarily efforts. Each year, in communities across the country, dedicated candidates engage in an exciting competition to earn The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) "Man & Woman of the Year" titles. Raising funds for LLS blood cancer research the candidates compete in honor of children who are local blood cancer survivors, the Boy & Girl of the Year. We wish to educate and improve the quality of life of patients and their families; starting within our local community. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is hoping that you please accept this letter and accompanying information as our requests for donations in the support of this year’s event, “Wine, Shine & Dine Silent Auction to further raise proceeds for LLS Man & Woman of the Year Award Show / Charity Event”.

Fundraising efforts will contribute to continuing research of lifesaving therapies like targeted therapies and immunotherapies that are saving thousands of lives.
