About the event
We are holding a quiz night on Thursday 26th March for are football team. The idea is to raise money for the running of the club. We have 2 teams and which both play in the Midsomerset Football League. This is the bottom of the football league structure and we all have to pay subs to play.
The subs are to cover all cost that the football team has including league fee, pitch fee, referee fees, training costs, equipment cost plus many more. the club is self funded meaning all costs are covered by the players so any rises in cost means the players have to pay more. we are looking to fundraise to help with these costs and then anything extra the club can do on top to make it as fun and successful as possible.
On this night we will be holding a Quiz and many other games to raise fun. We are looking to get raffle prizes for the night for a raffle and also looking for a prize for the winners of the Quiz so all money made on the night will go towards profit on the night.
We held a Quiz on this day last year and it was very successful. we had about 100 people in attendance which was mainly players in the football team. we encouraged players to attend but asked them to make teams of 5 but for at least 2 of the people to be not from the team i.e Family and Friends. We also had a few teams from the club that we held the team in and everyone really enjoyed the evening

Looking for Raffle Prizes for the night. If prizes are possible be great if not money donated for use to buy a prize with your money be great. we will tell everyone you donated the prize and share all prizes on are facebook page with who sponsored them. we can also attach any posters/ leaflets to the items too
