My Only Sunshine Motherhood Services of Lincoln presents the first annual
Wellness Community Expo!
October 14th 9:00-2:00pm
The Water Front Event Center in beautiful downtown Lincoln.
This is a free family friendly event!
All in one space meet:
doulas
health coaches
pilates instructors
childbirth educators
tutors
holistic health professionals
career counselors
Young Living Essential Oils
and more.
There will be door prizes to win for all who attend and raffles!
We will also have workshops ongoing throughout the day!

There will also be a silent auction to benefit the American Cancer Society.

Why should you sponsor?

You should sponsor the Wellness Community Expo to support the mission to spread wellness in Maine. You will gain a lot of attention as sponsoring the only event of this kind in the area. We are in a perfect location of Eastern and Northern Maine. The Wellness Expo has few sponsors so you will be mentioned first and featured on advertising. The Expo is also unique and has zero compitition which is good for you. 

Ashley Mitchell

Dr. Ashley Mitchell (D.D.H.M D.D.W.M): Ashley Mitchell is a certified labor, postpartum, and loss doula. She has been a doula since 2009 and in 2015 she became the only approved Madriella workshop provider in Maine and most of New England. Ashley has a vast education that makes her qualified to own a business providing motherhood services. She has owned My Only Sunshine Motherhood Services since 2012. Ashley finished a double Doctor of Divinity degree in 2017 and her Pilates certification in 2017. She is a homeschooling mother of 4. Ashley also has her Masters of Teaching Ministries, Bachelors of Christian Career Counseling, and earned her event planning degrees from Penn Foster and Sheffield College.
