About the event

WellJelly is a new-generation wellness company on a mission to empower young people to feel good in body and mind so they can grow into their best & most well selves.

The first ever WellJelly Wellness Summit for 11-18 yrs will take place this Saturday 20th Aug 2016, location Central London TBC. The one-of-a-kind wellness party will feature a rad day of interactive feel good experiences for teens & their friends. 200 of the most passionate young wellness movers/shakers in LDN will be invited to unlock their mission to build the well life of their dreams.

Ultimately, the event is a mission-driven opportunity to raise awareness about young people’s wellness, and help them to enact change in their daily lives. The jaw-dropping day will be packed with a ton of interactive moments to get young people to emotionally connect with the power of self-care.

The young wellness community are coming together to build an aspirational support system for the young people’s who’s mindsets we hope to reach. High-profile wellness speakers include Bip Ling, Plant Based Pixie, Mel Wells, Psycle, Em Furey, London Paleo Girl, Addictive Daughter, Chessie King, Fat Buddha Yoga, Maddie Waterhouse & Tiffany Watson.

The day will feature a pick’n’mix of live workshops with the raddest wellness gurus out there to totally re-vamp your daily wellness schedule. Cool new wellness demos include Milk Pickled Chia, Instant Cell Light, Radish Rainbow Rolls, Gigantic Green Juice, HIIT It Loud, Sunny Salutation, & Twilight Sleepscape. All the demos are hyper-focused on inspiring young people to integrate wellness in their daily lives in an accessible, bitesize way.

There will also be live Q&A panels with the coolest wellness icons to get 1on1 advice & superblast what you thought you knew about the power of self-care. Including What Wellness Means To You spotlight sessions with a select panel of 11-18 yr olds, a talk on Balance and Non-Extremism, Overcoming Social Media Pressure, panels on Beating Burn Out, Changing Mindset for Automatic Happiness, and Fitness & Nutrition themed interactive talks.

The action-packed day will include a pop-up breakfast bar, Lunch MishMash featuring the edgiest lunch spot to get yo salad & chat away over juice, and the #WellJelly Photobooth for teens & their friends. Attendees also get an Ultimate Wellness Gift Bag packed full of free wellness goodies to kickstart your wellness journey.
