The Tech for People and Planet Conference is a two-day in-person event. The purpose of this event is to:

1) empower blockchain beginners with the information and tangible skills to engage confidently in the web3 ecosystem; and

2) showcase the innovators and thought leaders disrupting the technology sector with tech projects focused on enhancing the well-being of people and our planet!

Our goal is to educate, connect and empower Web3 newbies and veterans alike, and to amplify innovative projects.

This is the Inaugural event of an ongoing series!

What to expect:

We’re curating a safe space for everyone to learn and connect with other like-minded individuals.

Day 1 is designed for beginners and led by experts! The workshop sessions will teach you the basics and fundamentals of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DAOs, Web3 security and so much more!

Day 2 is designed for tech newbies and veterans alike! You’ll spend the day immersed in TED-like presentations and interactive panels and hear from innovators and thought-leaders using tech to save the planet to enhance our collective well-being!

You’ll also have ample opportunities for networking and facilitated group sharing sessions where you can connect and ask questions to learn from each other on both days!

Present-day: We are hosting our inaugural event this upcoming October 28-29, where we will be hosting workshops where our attendees will be able to learn about Blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, Decentralized finance, Web3 security and decentralized autonomous organizations. Mila Bozinovski

My name is Mila and I am a co-founder of Queen of C, a social club and development hub for women. We run personal and professional development workshops and social events in Toronto and Vancouver and have been operating since April 2022. We are a community of 100+ diverse women (and growing!) looking to connect, collaborate & co-create together!

I am a super passionate entrepreneur, social provocateur & philanthropist, acting as the connective tissue to my community. I LOVE empowering others and disrupting the status quo. My curiosity has allowed her to grow my passions in the blockchain, holistic wellness, self & professional development. Together with my community and team, I am hoping to inspire change and to help others actualize their power. After spending over a decade within the corporate space in managerial roles, I quickly found my love for people and how we organize. My wealth of knowledge and experience has allowed me to provide services in consulting and leadership coaching, working with a range of organizations and individuals looking to create impact. I am hoping to share my passion in the blockchain by helping women grow their wealth by engaging with the growing web3 community.
