WEA WEST MIDLANDS VOLUNTEER CELEBRATION,

About the event

Our volunteers are at the heart of WEA’s activity and vital to our work. Over 3,000 volunteer actively with us and many others show their support for the WEA through their membership. We want to recognise their contribution, help those who wish to further develop their role and show the difference each one makes.

The day will start with an overview of our volunteers' achievements, a display of our volunteers in action and an awards ceremony for our Volunteer Awards 2016.

And it doesnt end there...There will also be FREE Master classes Working Smarter, the Power of Digital, Confidence and the Mindset delivered Karen Strunks who is an entrepreneurial motivational speaker.! 

Why should you sponsor?

• Your branding/logo on our promotional materials      (Slideshow, Agenda, Event favours for attendees and publicity around the room)
• Mention of your brand via our social media channels via Twitter and Facebook both regionally and nationally – including TWEETS through the day!
• Mention of your brand in our event coverage on our website
• Space on our registration desk and tables for any moderately sized publicity you would like to share (leaflets, business cards, special offers, flyers etc)

We are looking for small donations to support our event in the form of either:

• Stationary (pens, sticky notes, rubbers)
• Small art and craft materials
• Stress balls or relaxation tips and guidance
• Motivational tips or quotes
• Balloons
• Sweets or treats (miniature is fine!)
• Other edible items

Or anything else you would kindly like to donate.

The event is scheduled to attract attendees both internally and externally and we would love the chance to partner with you!
