Warrior Appreciation Ride,

About the event

This event is to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project, as well as raise awareness for military members who suffer from PTSD, anxiety,  and depression. My husband and I have a passion for motorcycles, and we own four of them. We ride together, and we love the biker community. We would like to get as many people together from all military branches and their families and all civilians who would like to attend this event. It will be a fun day and a great way to raise awareness and get the biker community together! We will begin the rally at a Harley Davidson shop, where it will be great advertising for motorcyclists to look at Harley products, and maybe even purchase motorcycles! Many military members may be back from deployment and looking to buy a new form of transportation. After seeing how fun the rally is, they can then return to Harley Davidson and seal the deal by purchasing their motorcycle. The rally will then go through Garden of the Gods, which is a beautiful public park, reminding us how gorgeous Colorado's nature is. Then after finishing the loop, the rally will end at a huge baseball field where we may hold concessions and maybe some products may be sold in the tents. We have a few professional motorcrossers and motorcycle riders that are willing to talk with everyone and give them advice on how to better their ride. Also military branches will be getting involved and love to participate.
