About the event
VIVUM is the largest student-led fest in the country, drawing 5000-6000 students in its 3-day span. Host to events ranging from Fashion to Business to Sports, this fest brings 50-60 schools from across Bangalore and even the country. The centre of VIVUM is a large field in the middle of the school where there are tons of food stalls, activities, and music: this is essentially the base for all the event. The event brings A-list celebrities annually, with this year bringing one of the biggest Bollwood stars. Additionally, the opening and closing ceremonies are highlights of the event, with performers, VIP Guest speakers, and much more with an audience in the thousands.
Why should you sponsor?
This event is carried out with a philanthropic cause at its base: all the proceeds of the event go to various charities which we personally choose. For example, we have saved the lives of 21 children with cardiac ailments (who could not afford the treatment) at the Shri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences.
The magnitude of such a venture requires your valuable financial support to achieve efficacy. We therefore seek your assistance to ensure VIVUM’16 is an exemplar of social, cultural and business success.
More importantly, the event provides a unique opportunity for businesses to market to an audience of the students of the top-ranked international schools (and non-international) in the city.
The VIVUM Administration team has taken several steps to ensure that the net benefit of investing far outweighs the investment costs. We aim to provide our sponsors with a program tailored to their corporate needs through effective forms of advertising, aiming at wide recognition.
