About the event

The University of Toronto Mississauga Drama Club is putting on a production of 7 Stories by Canadian playwright Morris Panych, in March 2016.  7 Stories is a play about a man who is on the ledge of the seventh story of an apartment building debating whether he should jump. Before making his decision he is interrupted by the quirky building tenants who have their own story to tell. We are looking for funding to help create the set for our student run show and would love the opportunity to have your sponsorship. This show is very set dependant because we need to create a wall of a building with 7 windows. Since the wood and other supplies we need to build our set are expensive we need your help. This show is made up of 13 First and Second years from the University of Toronto Theatre and Drama Studies program. The UTM Drama Club is a way for these artists to have some publicity when they're not training. Our show will be running for three days , March 10th, 11th, and 12th. Our theatre holds up to 130 people and in past years our shows have sold out. The people that come to see these shows are family and friends of the actors, professors of the program, everyone else in all four years who are not in the show, students from the school, and locals who have a love for theatre. If you sponsor us we will advertise your company or name in our program.  Please help us to grow Canadian theatre and delight audiences with our spectacular show.
