About the event

Dear Potential Sponsor:

We are Harbor City Entertainment and we are looking for sponsors for our upcoming event we are putting together. The festival is called "Urban Up South Texas" in which we are looking at talent to perform such as Ty Dolla Sign , Big Sean, and Rae Sremmurd. 

The event will take place at American Bank Center during March 2016, while spring break is going on. Our goal is to raise $200,000 in sponsorships to make this event happen. There will be 9700 general admission tickets that we are able to so for this event including 300 VIP tickets. The VIP will allowed for backstage meet and greet with the artist.

We are looking for sponsors that can help us meet our financial goal. In return, the sponsors will be given A lot of advertisement space, mentioned by our artist, and also will be included on any flyers as a sponsor, and also be given 10 general admission tickets for used by employees or clients.

This will be a 6 to 8 hour event, including VIP meet and greet. This kind of event will bring a lot of attention to South Texas in the Corpus Christi area. We have an untapped Jewel with all the college students and Spring breakers. This is bound to be a sold out event that people will talk about for a long time to come! Please consider being a part of this huge event in helping us bring bigger talents to corpus area.
