About the event
Uptown! is continuing our successful Jazz Cocktail Hour Series beginning in February at a NEW location- Ballroom at the Westside, 430 Hannum Avenue. Sara Michaels has once again created a series of talented artists who will showcase all that we love about jazz music. Starting off the series will be Vocalist Erin 'Java' Dickins.
Multi-talented vocalist Erin Dickins is also a foodie, and author of “Sizzle and Swing – Jazzin’ up Food,” a delightful combo of food & song pairings. She was a founding member of The Manhattan Transfer and has toured and recorded with many notable artists. Both her cookbook & CD sets will be available.
