  • About the event

Unwind the Grind is an after hour affair, based in Dubai where young folks chill out in an interactive and inspiring place to discuss what they love to talk about most – their work! The show features music gigs, drama, stand-up comedy, career confessions, live mentoring, pop quiz, fireside chat with success stories and networking with like-minded millennials.

    Why should you sponsor?

    • 75% of Middle East population is less than 30 years of age
    • Millennials make up 50% of the organizations today and will take over to 75% by 2030
    • Millennials view work as a key part of life, not a separate activity that needs to be “balanced” by it. For that reason, they place a strong emphasis on finding work that’s personally fulfilling.
    • We, at Unwind the Grind do just that. We help millennials in their quest of finding the fire within them. Clarifying their unique, value adding contribution gives them the deeper why they are after and offers them both direction and purpose.
    • Millennials in the Middle East have high purchasing power, resources, exposure and are highly brand conscious. However, they relate and connect with brands and companies that are associated with programs, causes, events that they believe in.
    • Unwind the Grind is one such event that gained a lot of traction and positive response because of its novel and unique idea, it's authentic vibe and excellent execution. It gave the opportunity for millennials to connect wiht like-minded fellows, unwind, relax, share their ideas and thoughts and leave feeling inspired.
    • Sponsoring the event will give companies an opportunity to expose their brands, message to the creme la creme of Dubai millennials. Not only will we have 200+ millennials present at the event, but we will also reach out to atleast 10,000+ millennials via online/social media marketing and PR.

    • Companies who are present at the event can use this as an excellent opportunity to recruit top quality talent across various industries.
