About the event
UNICORN DAY ON THE BAY in collaboration with Sam from SUPpups is going to be a fun community fundraiser event packed with all the good stuff:
- Land yoga
- Paddleboarding
- Games & bonfire
- Snacks & refreshments
- Rounded up with a big raffle
The best part about this: we love dogs! So bring your furry friend for all the fun.
All proceeds of the event will go towards Make-a-Wish San Diego - a foundation that grants wishes to kids with critical illnesses.

My name is Jasmina and I love hiking and adventuring through SoCal. I am fortunate enough to do so as I am healthy.
Whenever I am on a hike, and my legs start shaking and I wonder why I did this to myself again, I think of the people out there that are not fortunate enough to go on adventures. For example, did you know every 20 minutes, a child is diagnosed with a critical illness? It breaks my heart.
So when I heard about the Trailblaze Challenge, I thought this would be the perfect time to combine my love of hiking and the opportunity to help out kids that are not as fortunate as I am.
As I prepare for my big hike, I am looking for donations benefitting Make-a-Wish San Diego - a wonderful organization that grants wishes to kids with critical illnesses. But I don't just want to take others' money - I want to make this experience special for anyone involved.
That's why my fellow Trailblazer Lorraine and my friend and owner of SUPpups Sam decided to organize a fun event. I would love for you to check out the details and learn how you can make an impact with us.
