About the event

Medigene is organising "A Campaign - Walk against Cancer" on 4th February, 2016 by marching from Azad Maidan to Gateway of India. I have attached the pamphlet of the event for your kind perusal. 

As you would know, Cancer is the second most common disease in India responsible for maximum mortality. Cancer is now one of the top causes of death in India, after heart attack, up from seventh position in 2000. This is owning to the poor availability of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Apart from this, there is very little awareness about the various causes and symptoms of Cancer and the pitfalls if it is not addressed on time. Apart from the physical and mental trauma, Cancer is also impacting patients financially given that it is very costly to get cured.

Our aim and objective through this campaign is to create awareness amongst people of a "Cancer Free World" and how Homeopathy can be helpful in curing Cancer related problems in a cost-effective and time-bound manner. We have got tremendous response both online and offline towards this campaign and this is now getting bigger than what we thought earlier. We are expecting more than 500 people from different colleges, NGOs, corporates to join us for this campaign. We have already got good traction on Facebook and are also planning to create awareness through radio.  

To achieve the above objective, we are looking for Sponsor Partners who can donate and contribute back to the society. We have kept sponsorship title of Rs 50,000 for each Sponsor Partner. Sponsor Partner will get the following benefits:
