About the event

Who are The Townies?
The Townies were born out of a love for the
game of golf and the city of Nashville. We
exist to create an environment where
people from all across the country can
come enjoy our city and reap the benefits
of playing this beautiful game with friends
new and old. The Townies is, unmistakably,
golf for the betterment of the individual,
and golf for the flourishing of our beloved
city.

What is the Townies Open?
The Townies Open is a two-day, twoperson
scramble tournament, open to all
ages and skill levels. Winner is awarded the
Golden Mailbox.

Why should you sponsor?

A core Townies Tenet is playing a role in
making Nashville the best it can be, for all
people. This year, we are partnering with a
like-minded organization in the city called
MOVE Inclusive Dance and will be donating
to their cause.

Stephen Smith

The Townies Open is hosted by Stephen Smith and Sam Borgstadt of Nashville. We started the tournament out of a love for the game and for our city. We would be honored to have you partner with us in making this event a wonderful time for our players and guests, as well as provide the opportunity to donate to our good friends at MOVE Inclusive and support the amazing work they are doing.
