Thank you so much for taking the time to read our unique sponsorship opportunity for our event quickly approaching in the Fall. On September 16, 2017 , Tolleson Union High School Class of 2007 will gather for our 10 Year Reunion. Former classmates, faculty and administrators are scheduled to attend from all over the nation to come together and remember our time and what's ahead in the future. We will be hosting a spectacular night filled with an dinner and memory award ceremony celebration with special performances planned. After in the courtyard the cocktail party will follow. We have gained sponsorship from many local businesses and hope to earn your sponsorship though this letter and even a potential meeting if necessary.

This event will attract over 300 professional alumnus and administrators from our graduating class. They have gone on to a wide variety of career fields, with amazing successes and high regards. We invite your company to help our event be a success, while adding value to your business with a contribution you feel offers your business the most value for our special event. You will find the sponsorship contribution options being offered in 3 categories, Bronze, Silver and Gold to offer the most flexibility and clarity. Each contribution features different opportunities, up to the possibility of speaking to all our guests to advertise a clearer message (with exclusivity options available). In addition to being listed on all advertising and press as a sponsor to our event, your company will have the opportunity to host a booth at the event to display products or information. Sponsorship benefits such as promotional coupons in all are gift bags, including a raffle item such as gift card or free item that may be used to drive traffic to your place of business after the event. Why should you sponsor?

The Class of 2007 was know in the Tolleson Community to carry on the tradition and spirit of the 100 plus year old community and school. With our recent visit and talks with faculty and community members, we notice community events and school functions are disappearing from when we helped organize events in student government. We were recently told that in the 100 plus years of the school's existence there is no Reunion Liaison or assistance provided to help classes come together to reunite and remember their time. We want you to be apart of helping us change that and help us prove to the city and district that alumni are important and noticed by companies because you believe in helping a community grow. We believe we will add great value with your help and will propose  to become the Tolleson Union School District to become Reunion Liaisons for the entire district. With your help in sponsoring our event, we also recognize how important branding and exposure is to a small businesses and large ones too. We want your brand and company to have hours of opportunity to interact with our guests both during a live opportunity or presentation, to one-on-one interaction in the courtyard after the event. We hope to earn the liaison position and create a new future for reunions and 100 years of sponsorship opportunities from all of our Tolleson District classes and alumni. Our High School district is home to 6 high schools and this year University High School is ranked the #7th school in the state according to AZMERIT and AIMS scores and student growth as ranked by the Arizona Department of Education. In addition to this honor, US News and World Report recently named University High School the #7th school in Arizona and the #21st school in the nation for college preparation—out of over 30,000 schools! We are former student body and class officials who helped plan and carry out dozens of school and community events for hundreds and thousands during community events that include closing down streets for parades and getting city approval for permits. We are community members who have always taken pride in our small town and want to carry on a new tradition by creating a place for alumni to go and plan with an official runion liaison. We are all working professionals in the committee and are reputable and can offer an letters of recommendation needed to support our validity or truth of our claims.
