Women in Ecommerce believes that every woman should have the opportunity to live the life of your dreams, to expand your horizons and touch the lives of others – to make a difference. The goal of the WOW Conference is to bring together women from around the globe who have similar goals and aspirations.

We believe every woman in business for herself or working for a successful company wants to leave her mark, to make a difference in the lives she touches. Our goal is to help women achieve those dreams, to see them come to life. That’s why we created The WOW Global Leadership Conference for Women. Our mission is to Inspire, Impart Wisdom, Build Trust, Make an Impact, and Connect Women Globally. We are bringing in dynamic women speakers (and a few good men); leaders in their business, their industries and their communities. These women have goals that align with ours; to leave a legacy that lasts long after the conference is over. In addition to world-class speakeres, we are planning a few surprises. We will honor women with our annual Golden Mouse Award, create several opportunities for women to connect one-on-one with each other as well as showcase one of the most beautiful destinations on earth.
