  • About the event

The Woodoaks Association is a non profit organisation based on Woodoaks Farm in Maple Cross. We specialise in drama, sport, arts and outdoor activities for all ages. This will be the fifth Summer Festival The Woooaks Association has hosted and it's only getting bigger! Last year over 5000 people attended. There are acitivies available for both adults and children. From cocktail bars to mega-slides there is something for everyone. We invite local traders to come to the festival as we think it's so important to invest back in our local community.

    Why should you sponsor?

All our events have one goal in mind, to renovate our 16th Century Black Barn. This beautiful building is a huge part of the history at Woodoaks, the farm itself dates back to the 12th Century! Our aim is to renovate this building and turn it into a space for the local community. We will run clubs, educational days and hire the space to community groups. Our non-profit status is our defining factor, and we were created with the overarching goal of putting everything back into our community. Although this is something we would never change, we are faced with financial limitations that can create obstacles that other businesses may not encounter. Our solution is to look at the relationships we have with those around us, reaching out to companies who share our beliefs and want to aid our mission in promoting a creative and healthy lifestyle for all.

This package will pay for the cost of the main stage and the PA system. The stage is the focal point of the day and will have everyone’s attention. The PA system is essential for clear sound and announcements throughout the day. Included in this package would be a free plot space adjacent to the stage, utilised however you choose. Our festival attracted 5,000 people last year and the main stage is the centre of the festival.

Silver Sponsorship

Our silver package will sponsor the facilities we have on offer. This will include the hire of the toilets, the purchase of drinks for the bar, generators and much more. These are an integral part of day but add a large cost to the event. Due to our non-profit status we rely greatly on sponsorship to help us cover this cost. Should you choose this package, your logo and any promotional material will be placed around the farm where it will be visible to all.

Bronze Sponsorship

Our bronze package is aimed at the cost of promotion. So we are able to continue to grow our events and footfall we aim to promote all our events through a number of channels. As mentioned before we are big fans of using social media to promote ourselves and so we use paid promotions on Facebook. We also will be heading to local high streets to promote our event and what we do. We are looking to invest in some pull up display banners that will promote all our events. The banners will be used all year round and are a great way of spreading the word of what we do here at Woodoaks Farm. Your logo will be placed on all the above promotions. In addition we hope to arrange advertisements on Heart Radio.
