About the event
Our event will be a 3 day event at the NRG Center in Houston Texas, Nov. 6-8, 2015. Day 1 will be for Business 2 Business. This if for distributors and prospective new clients to come together. Day 2 and 3 are open to the general public. This is the time for customers to sample and find out about all of the products on the market. There will also be advocacy seminars held during the weekend. Media will be invited to come and set up and broadcast live from the show. We will have a cloud contest on Saturday and Sunday, each with a cash prize. We are planning an invite-only industry dinner, showcase after party and large amounts of product give away. We will be advertising in all major markets in Texas through radio, billboard, newspaper etc. The vaping industry relies heavily on social media, which we have already started. This includes Facebook and Instagram.
