The Recovery,

Greensboro, North Carolina, United States Greensboro, North Carolina, United States

  • About the event

This is a premiere film event.  The film is a collection of poems and skits organized under one supporting theme of encouraging and inspiring black women to greatness.  There will also be a gala hosted immediately afterwards with live performances from local artists.

    Why should you sponsor?

The sponsor will have an opportunity to be part of a movement that is just beginning.  You will be apart of something special that is meant to inspire and uplift everyone who sees this film.

Honestly, this sponsorship opportunity is for someone that sees the value in black women and understands the hurt and pain that they suffer because of unfair stereotypes.  You as the sponsor, have to want to see a change in how we are treated or if you do not understand the pain then you must want to learn about it.

This opportunity is about all of us coming together and recognizing that every ethnic group and culture has something of value to offer because that's what makes us all strong.

This film is more from my heart than any sense of trying to entertain.  Therefore, only sponsors who have a sense of ending injustices and wanting to inspire should be a part of this project.
