About the event
THE RAID is a new series of cycling events aimed at time poor, cash rich individuals in UK.
The events allow keen road cyclists the chance to complete an iconic cycling challenge in Europe over a weekend with a maximum of one-days holiday from work.
THE RAID team allow the riders to gain maximum enjoyment from the trip by providing a high-level of logistical support. Similar to that received by a pro-team rider. We also transfer bikes and luggage from the UK meaning riders fly hand luggage only.
This year we are launching with three events:
1) THE RAID Twenty-Four Endurance ride. This also includes a world record attempt which is receiving a lot of nationwide media coverage.
2) THE RAID Ventoux in France
3) THE RAID Stelvio in Italy
In 2016 we plan to expand to five events.
These events will run alongside our existing portfolio of corporate cycling events. We are running 28 of these in 2015.
