About the event
This event is to Honor our veterans Across the United states and abroad. our traditional parades have been reduces significantly,along with the memories of why we hold them. a confusion of memorial Day, Flag Day, the 4th of July and Veterans day has always been an issue for me to constantly explain the deference. As A Service Member it is my duty to preserver the memories as to why we are the greatest nation in the world. Holding a Concert in the Bronx on the Very ground where "The House that Babe Ruth Built" once stood Yankee stadium, the symbol of our patriotism (Yankee) Our community here is diverse and holds the highest Latino community of all the boroughs, yet 68 thousand Young men and woman are enlisted in the Army alone on a yearly basis. Our goal is to attract the largest Veterans crowed to this event, as well as family members and the general public. at this event general public will experience first hand on proper Ceremonial placement of the colors and the military farewell to the fallen. (21 gun salute) folding of the of the flag. and Taps. immediately proceeded by singing the national anthem this will be the opening of the ceremony. we expect uniformed service members of all our branches to attend s well as the VFW and American Legion. NYC Police Department and Fire fighters as well. This veterans day will become a historical event for the Bronx. we are currently living in a time where crime is high and morals are down we need to display a show of force on the values.
